Refund Policy

All sales of sporting memorabilia are final. Due to the collectible nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or buyer’s remorse.

We will only provide a refund or replacement in the event that an item arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and your order details.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a refund or replacement of the item at no additional cost to you.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear, or minor variations in condition consistent with the age or nature of memorabilia, do not qualify as damage.
  • Limited edition, signed, or one-of-a-kind items cannot be replaced if unavailable. In such cases, a refund will be issued.
